You can fill out the form by either:
- visiting our website on a desktop computer or
- you can use the General Enquiries form and make sure to include the following info:
1. The Date of your journey
2. The Time your journey was due to depart
3. The Stations you were travelling to and from
4. If your journey was delayed and if so by how long?
5. A copy of the the train ticket or booking confirmation
6. Your payment preference for any compensation you may be owed
